James Reese’s “Splendid” Performance Mentioned in Fanfare Magazine Review

 
 

The latest issue of Fanfare Magazine included a review of a new recording Daron Hagen’s song cycle The Art of Song, with a special shoutout to tenor James Reese, who appears on the movement “Pomodoro”. Fanfare staff writer Colin Clarke had high praise for Reese’s work, writing about his “splendid sense of momentum and storytelling” during the movement.
