Tenor Marc Molomot was lauded for his performance in Salome, which was staged and designed by R. B. Schlatherat at Bard College. Opera News staff writer David Shengold had high praise for the production itself, noting that the “orchestra played the difficult score with notable beauty and precision”, and that Molomot himself “had a ball” in his role that was something of a “vaudevillian caricature”.
